Pizza Pockets

Use your favorite pizza dough recipe. Roll out to about 1/8 inch and cut into circles at least 4 inches wide. Place favorite toppings on one circle and then some sauce. Put another circle on top and seal it. I used my Pampered Chef sealer which worked okay. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes. Frozen pockets may take up to 20 minutes.

  1. My son said "mmm this is GOO-OOD" Then a few minutes later said,"this is delicious! Thanks for making it mom!" I said I didn't a girl named Melanie made it. It looked at me side ways and started laughing. Like he thought I was joking, it was funny! Thanks it was good!

  2. Our dough was kind of hard and hard to chew, but that might have been my fault. I was in a hurry and forgot to grease the pan and I forgot to set the timer. The filling was good.
