Hamburger Chinese Casserole

This was one of the first things I made.

3 c. hamburger
1 1/2 c. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. uncooked regular rice
2 T. soy sauce
Chow Mein noodles

Combine all ingredients except noodles. Put into freezer bag and freeze. When thawed, put into casserole dish, and bake covered at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove lid, cover with noodles and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
